BEAUTY AMBASSADOR: ALA MOANA



The Beauty Ambassador will maximize sales by helping customers select and purchase merchandise, while following all company standards, policies and procedures. The BA must embrace Bare Escentuals company philosophy while striving for superior customer service and sales.

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure highest levels of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals

Contribute to the success of the business by working with the team in support of the Boutique Manager\'s direction.

Achieve personal sales goals on a daily basis

Utilize and maintain customer database for phone calls, product launches, events and appointments

Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members including demonstration of products

Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, lighting and props

Seek and communicate product feedback from staff and customers to management

Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner

Adhere to policies and procedures of the store

Perform other duties as required

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience required; cosmetic/beauty sales experience a plus
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
  
• Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills
  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize good judgment
  
  
• Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner
  
  
• Present a professional appearance and maintain Bare Escentuals grooming standards and dress code.
