We have an immediate need for an Engine Controls Engineer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Electronic Engine Controls

Responsibilities:

Responsible for technical troubleshooting of problematic issues discovered by military test engineers. The role will encompass the ability to support new lab initiatives to improve the lab management processes combined with spontaneous interruptions to troubleshoot and resolve critical problems associated with the FADEC Test Systems (FTS) hardware and software.

Execute day-to-day support of general lab functions such as configuration of FTS files, documentation of MAC Panel interfaces, and test calibration/characterization support

Strong experience in interpretation of electronic schematics and wiring diagram spreadsheets to aid in troubleshooting FTS problems.

Capability to re-work test interface cable assemblies and hardware associated with the FTS rigs in the commercial labs. Proven quality manufacturing and repair skills are vital for this position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electronic or Mechanical)

At least 2 years experience in troubleshooting or design of electronic instrumentation.

Availability for off-hours support of commercial lab test equipment.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
