Information Desk Assistant (Courtesy Shuttle Driver)

The primary duties of this position are to drive the Aspirus Courtesy Shuttle for patients and visitors and exhibit outstanding customer service skills.

Exhibit a positive first impression as you assist patients, visitors and the general public with requested information. Examples include escorting patients and/or visitiors to the hospital via the Courtesy Shuttle, finding the patient room number, religion list for clergy, meeting room direction and other customer service accountabilities. Knowledge of customer relations and general office procedures normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma with courses in typing or computer applications. Additional education as a clerical typist or unit clerk with previous medical experience beneficial.
