Manager, TelecommunicationsCandidates must have a minimum of six (6) years experience in a telecommunications environment where a call center is mission-critical. Two (2) years experience in project management and personnel supervision is a must. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Fundamental responsibilities include:

Manage and provide daily support and operational support for telecommunications services to ensure reliable operation of those systems.
·
Personally resolve customer service issues that require management intervention.
·
Ensure the effective use of the corporate voice and data systems.
·
Configure and implement systems to increase usage and productivity of the voice and data telecommunications environment.
·
Provide appropriate training to company employees so that effective operation of the various telecommunications systems is maintained.
·
Must have experience with Nortel Enterprise VOIP Systems (CS1000), Contact Center Manager Server (formerly Symposium), and Call Pilot voice processing system.
·
