Assignment Capsule:
As the Marketing Optimization Director you will have oversight of Finance and MIS. You will have the responsibility of determining the focus of the organizations work by assessing what projects are big enough to matter, will position Humana strategically, and will save costs or drive business growth. The right candidate will possess the following capabilities:
Expertise in Marketing analytics
Drive business results by identifying smart investments
Build relationships and network internally and externally; collaborate and partner
Identify business gaps and select correct approach to fill gap

Role Essentials:
Bachelors Degree in a mathematically rigorous discipline
Minimum 7 to ten years experience leading teams
Progressive business experience with a focus on marketing and execution strategies
Deep financial expertise; significant P&L experience
Expertise in metrics and analytics
Role Desirables:
Master\'s Degree of Business Administration
Reporting Relationships:
