GENERAL FUNCTION: Match checks and Satisfactions accordingly and review every release document being sent to county to insure that the check and release are accurate. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Insure document meets all requirements of county it is being sent to

2. Insure the check is the correct amount for what is being recorded

3. Match the appropriate check to the appropriate document being sent to county

4. Fold and put into an envelope

5. Coordinate the safe delivery of printed checks from MOC to MOB through contacts in Mail Operations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NoneMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

1. Vast knowledge of county requirements and procedures

2. Strong organizational skills

3. Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, scanners and copy machines

4. Strong attendance record

5. Detail oriented

6. Presents themselves in a professional manner to all contacts inside and outside the bank through email and phone correspondence.
