About the Business Group The Yahoo Rich Media Group enables the production of cutting-edge graphical advertising solutions through the open creative management system, AdInterax. Job Responsibilities The Rich Media Specialist lends technical and account management support to Yahoo!'s Rich Media platform on account setup, client education, and troubleshooting of rich media ads. Key responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to: * Administer and provide first-tier technical support for the rich media ad platform.
* Educate, train, and instruct advertiser/agency/ publisher clients on best practices for utilizing the platform.
* Contribute to product development and documentation for the platform.
* Lead product demo sessions for prospective clients. Technical Skills: * Required: 2 years client facing experience in the online ad industry, familiar with 3rd party ad management systems (e.g. DoubleClick, Atlas, Eyeblaster, PointRoll).
* Highly preferred: Fluent in Flash programming and design principles and associated front-end web development languages (xHTML, Javascript, CSS, DOM, XML, RSS).
* Plus: working knowledge in LAMP and AJAX techniques. Soft skills:
